Failed deliveries at this busy period of time will be communicated with our 3rd party courier company.

Delays in delivery are to be expected when we handle over 10,000 orders per month for a tiny percentage of people. We sincerely apologise if this happens to you - 99.4% of the time deliveries happen when requested!
Normal delivery schedule after 3rd April 2013:
Pay before 1pm Monday, take delivery on Tuesday
Pay before 1pm Tuesday, take delivery on Wednesday
Pay before 1pm Wednesday, take delivery on Thursday
Pay before 1pm Thursday, take delivery on Friday
Pay before 12noon Friday, take delivery on Monday
Pay after 12noon Friday/Weekend and before 1pm Monday, take delivery on Tuesday
